Members of the Lake Mills girls’ track and field team qualified for the Drake Relays in two events last week.
The competition will take place from Thursday through Saturday at Drake Stadium in Des Moines.
Avery Eastvold qualified in the high jump, and she, along with Brittany Leibeg, Regan Eastvold and Makenzie Budach, qualified in the 4×100 relay.
This will be Avery Eastvold’s third time competing at Drake. She will compete at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
The relay team will compete in the prelims at 9:45 a.m. Saturday.
