A mail carrier was reportedly bitten by a dog and transported by ambulance to the hospital at 2:56 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of East Fourth Street.

Police received a report at 8:44 a.m. Thursday of a school bus stop arm violation two days prior at about 3:13 p.m. near Fountain Street and Park Avenue.

Police received a report at 10:05 a.m. Thursday of a former employee who was opening accounts with other stores and charging the business at 2114 E. Main St.

A person reportedly walked out with a cart full of items at 6:45 p.m. Thursday at 2500 Bridge Ave.
