Theresa Ann Pumper, daughter of Anthony and Catherine (Dwyer) Pemrick, entered this world on December 28, 1929, on a farm near Shieldsville, Minnesota. On April 19, 2024, Theresa died, her bedside surrounded by love, and we lost our family’s cornerstone. She inspired us with her great determination, sharp Irish wit, and unwavering faith in God that guided her through her life. Her devotion to St. Jude was outstanding.

On September 6, 1949, Theresa and Richard Pumper were united in marriage at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Faribault, Minnesota. Together they raised four children and cared for one another for 63 years.

We remember Theresa’s excellent skills on the dance floor, humorous stories, collection of shoes, and hugs that left us smelling sweet from her assortment of delightful perfumes. Nothing got past her keen eye and intuition, including a friend’s need for a good heart-to-heart which she offered willingly and often.
