Tigers place 3rd of 7 teams in Stewartville invite

The Albert Lea boys golf team was in Rochester on Friday playing in the Stewartville Invite at Willow Creek Golf Course. It was about 42 degrees and 25-35 mph gusts of wind.
The boys ended up taking third out of seven teams with a score of 328. Pine Island Zumbrota won the match with a score of 323, Stewartville came in second with a score of 327.
They were led by Archie Nelson (77) and followed by Ben Rasmussen (83). Noah Teeter, Nick Belshan and Ledger Stadheim all shot 84.
They head to Fairbault Golf Club on Monday to take on Faribault and Mankato East.
