The Worth County 4-H had the opportunity to visit the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines recently. While there they had the opportunity to meet with Gov. Kim Reynolds, tour the Capitol, visit the Iowa Historical Museum and discuss issues with Iowa State Legislative leaders including Rep. Sharon Steckman, Sen. Waylon Brown and Rep. Jane Bloomingdale who introduced the Worth County 4-Hers to her fellow House of Representative colleagues just prior to them gaveling in to call the House to order for business.
