Joseph (Joe) Jensen, of Lubbock, TX, formerly of Albert Lea, gained his angel wings on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at United Medical Center in Lubbock, TX, after a long battle with COPD with his sister, Patricia Wilson and brother, Robert (Bob) Jensen, by his side. He was 68 years old.

Joseph Jensen

Joseph was born August 17, 1955 to Minor (Clayton) and Mary Ann (Popowicz) Jensen in Queens, NY. He came from a Catholic family with 3 brothers and 6 sisters. He went to St. Mary’s Catholic School in Albert Lea until the 8th grade and then attended Albert Lea Public Schools. He lived in Albert Lea from 1960 when his family moved to Albert Lea until he moved to Lubbock, TX five years ago.

For many years, Joseph lost his way with his demons, but for the past few years, he was able to find the Glory of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and is with him now.
