Knights compete at Valley Conference golf tournament

The Knights traveled to Madelia for the Valley Conference golf tournament on Wednesday. They took second as a team with a 353. With windy conditions and a wet golf course, they scored well, coach Sam Hintz said.
Scoring in the top 10 and gaining All-Conference honors was Ryan Hintz who shot an 85. With rounds of 41 and 44, he finished sixth overall.
Scoring in the top 20 for honorable mention All-Conference were the following:
11th place: Parker Hintz, 88
12th place: Nick Korman, 89
14th place: Tyler Erickson, 91

Jaydin Loya: 103
The Boys Section Tournament will be on Tuesday at North Links in Mankato.
