Travel Class of Albert Lea met on April 19 at the home of Lu Callstrom. Jane Colby assisted. Eleven members answered roll call. Muriel Sargent presided.

The group gave a gift to the Ecumenical Pantry at First Presbyterian Church. The special March giving of food and money was matched by a state grant. The pantry received $16,000 in funds and 4,084 pounds of food items. From the group’s book fund, 95 books were given to Mary Jo Volkman for her home visitation program.

The program was a sharing of old family pictures. Discussion of summer and fall meetings and programs followed.
