Juveniles cited for disorderly conduct

Police cited two juveniles for disorderly conduct Friday at 8:03 p.m. after they jumped out in front of a Union Pacific Railroad train. According to police reports, the conductor had to put on the train&8217;s emergency brakes because he thought the juveniles were stuck on the track.

The Freeborn County Attorney will look into charges for the juveniles, according to police reports.

Two females caught for shoplifting

Two juvenile females were caught shoplifting at about 1:36 p.m. Sunday at ShopKo. After the two were stopped, police also found that the juveniles had shoplifted from Herberger&8217;s earlier that day, police reports stated.

Woman drives off with gas third time in one week

A Caucasian female driver of a teal minivan drove off with $46.01 in gasoline Saturday at 11:04 a.m., according to police reports. Reports indicated this is the third time in the past week that the vehicle has driven off without paying for gas.

The first drive off was for $47 worth of gas, and the second was for $46, police reports said.

Man cited for DWI charges

Police cited Daniel Harvey Sorenson, 43, of Albert Lea with fourth-degree DWI charges Sunday at 12:38 a.m.

Sorenson was stopped at the intersection of Garfield and Main Street for displaying expired tags, according to police reports.
