Four-wheeler taken

A four-wheeler was reported stolen from 112 S. Maple St., Conger, at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday. It was reportedly taken sometime between Sunday evening and Tuesday.

 

Man transported after crash

A 60-year-old man was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea Tuesday after he reportedly crashed into a No Parking sign on Marshall Street near Security Bank.

According to police, Terry Lynn Erickson was driving eastbound on Marshall Street in a 1992 Mercury Sable when he fainted, lost control of the vehicle and struck the sign.

Erickson was reportedly transferred to the hospital for the medical condition that caused the crash.

 

Belligerent man reported at polling place

Albert Lea police received a call of a man at the United Methodist Church who was reportedly acting belligerent. He was reportedly making threats about what would happen if President Barack Obama was re-elected to office. Reports indicate police talked to the man but did not arrest him.
