Memorial services for Jeanne Vaughn Erlandson of Albert Lea will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church in Albert Lea. The Rev. Dwight Netzer will officiate. Friends may greet the family one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Crossroads Community Hospice or First Presbyterian Church.

Jeanne died Friday evening, Dec. 14, 2012, at her home (Woodvale) in Albert Lea. She was 71 years of age.

Jeanne was born May 29, 1941, in Albert Lea, the daughter of Ralph and Dorothy (Hawkinson) Erlandson. Jeanne resided at Woodvale in Albert Lea and worked for Cedar Valley Services. Jeanne was baptized and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Albert Lea and in her younger years was a member of the Presbyterian youth group.

She was an active member of SPIRE and Arc. Jeanne loved the interaction with staff and friends at Woodvale and the love of her family. She had a great love for the Lord!

Jeanne is survived by her mother Dorothy Erlandson of Albert Lea, brothers Kent and his wife Sue Erlandson of Albert Lea, Roe and his wife Deanna Erlandson of Oro Valley, Ariz., one sister Nancy and her husband Lendall Smith of Falmouth, Maine. Also surviving are eight nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Ralph Erlandson.
