Injury rollover reported on I-35

GENEVA — A sport-utility vehicle rolled Wednesday afternoon on northbound Interstate 35 two miles north of the Geneva exit.
Initial reports said two people may have minor injuries.
The call from dispatcher to send help came out around 2:40 p.m. The sport-utility vehicle came to a rest upside down in the ditch. By 3:15, men had rolled the SUV back to an upright position.
The road conditions were icy in that location. Both lanes of I-35 mostly were clear of snow and ice except for occasional icy patches. Those formed where there were no trees, farms, hills or high drifts on the west side of the route to lessen the wind and blowing snow. The automated weather station at the Albert Lea Municipal Airport said the wind speed at 3 p.m. was 17 mph with 28 mph gusts.
