ST. PAUL — Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher announced that his club has signed free-agent forward Matt Cooke to a three-year contract, according to a press release.

Cooke, 34, tallied 21 points and 36 penalty minutes in 48 games with the Pittsburgh Penguins last season.
