Guns, bow stolen

A rifle, muzzleloader and hunting bow were reported missing from a truck at 1418 Frank Hall Drive. Albert Lea Police Department Lt. Darren Hanson said though the truck was locked, the items were in plain view. He advised residents to not place valuables in view in vehicles.

 

Employee injured at Hanson Tire

A Hanson Tire Service employee was transported to the hospital after a tire reportedly blew up on him at 10:26 a.m. Monday. No other information was available as of press time.

 

Shed broken into

A shed was reported broken into at 1601 W. Front St. sometime overnight Sunday, according to police. Nothing was taken.

 

Apartment broken into

An apartment at 308 Euclid Ave. was reported rummaged through at 8:35 a.m. Monday, according to police.

 

Tire reported slashed

A tire was reported slashed on a vehicle at 523 W. Main St. overnight Sunday, according to Albert Lea police. The slashing was reported at 10:03 a.m. Monday. Damage was estimated at $250.

 

Storage unit broken into

A storage unit at 2600 Hi Tech Ave. was reported broken into at 3:52 p.m. Monday. Several items were missing.

 

House window broken

A house window was reported broken at 507 W. College St. at 9:38 p.m. Monday, according to police.
