Financial-services firm Edward Jones ranks highest in a tie in investor satisfaction with full-service brokerage firms, according to the J.D. Power 2015 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study, the firm’s six financial advisors recently announced.

The study measures overall investor satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on seven factors: investment adviser, investment performance, account information, account offerings, commissions and fees, website and problem resolution.

“We believe that our strong performance is driven primarily by the relationship our financial advisers have established with clients,” Edward Jones Managing Partner Jim Weddle said. “Our financial advisers strive to understand investors’ needs and goals, focus on the long-term relationships, and create a partnership.”

Edward Jones ranked highest in investor satisfaction by J.D. Power in 2012, 2010 and 2009, from 2005 through 2007, and in a tie in 2002, when the study began.

“Across our firm, everything we do is focused on serving our clients,” Weddle said. “Our success is built upon trusted relationships with clients that are the basis for offering them tailored guidance to help reach their long-term financial goals. We strive to deliver it all with exceptional service.”

The 2015 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 5,300 investors who primarily invest with one of the 18 firms included in the study. The study was fielded from Jan. 5 through Feb. 3. For more information visit jdpower.com.
