Police looking for more information

The Albert Lea Police Department is looking for information in connection with grave markers that were tipped over last week at Graceland Cemetery.

The Police Department advises anyone who has any information on the damage done in the cemetery to contact Lt. Darren Hanson at 377-5669.

No suspects have been identified.

The grave markers were reportedly knocked over sometime during the evening hours of Thursday into Friday and over the weekend.

Damage was estimated at $800, mainly due to labor in standing the headstones back up.

 

Burglary reported

A burglary was reported at 9:06 a.m. Tuesday at 415 Commercial St. in Albert Lea.
