Woman bitten by loose dog

A woman was reported bitten by a dog at 9:33 a.m. Tuesday at 117 Adams Ave. She reportedly suffered a puncture wound to her right leg. The dog was taken to the pound for a quarantine and its owner, Samantha Ann Bill, 23, was cited for dog at large.

 

Cellphone stolen

A cellphone was reported stolen at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School. The phone was reportedly located, and a student was suspended.

 

Theft by fraud reported

A woman reported having received a call that she had won a $5 million lottery at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday at 2129 Harmony Ave.

 

Check forgery reported

Checks were reported as having been forged in various locations at 6:39 p.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea.

 

3 arrested on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Nathaniel Isaiah Rojas, 18, on a Mower County warrant at 9:59 p.m. Tuesday at 800 S. Fourth Ave.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Richard Allen Morgan, 64, on a local warrant at 5:28 p.m. Tuesday at 414 Noland Ave. in Hayward.

Deputies met with Faribault County Sheriff’s Office deputies to pick up Jason Robert Williams, 40, on a local warrant at 11:13 a.m. Tuesday at 105 North Star Road in Alden.
