3 arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Teresa Marie Reeder, 55, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and third-degree test refusal after a suspicious person was reported at 12:53 a.m. Saturday at 351 S. Center Ave. in Glenville.

Albert Lea police arrested Dayna Marie Larue, 42, for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 2:03 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of John Farry Place and Summer Avenue.

Police arrested Brenda Renee Keesling, 52, for second-degree DWI, violation of a restrictive driver’s license after a traffic crash with no injuries was reported at 10:04 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Third Avenue and West Front Street.

1 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested James Dwight Douglas, 46, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 5:01 a.m. Sunday at 814 Frank Ave. 

1 arrested for violations

Police arrested Edwin Kendale Nyman Jr. 21, for a harassment restraining order violation at 9:39 p.m. Sunday at 221 E. Clark St.

Thefts reported

Albert Lea police arrested Michael Anthony Livingston, 29, on gross misdemeanor charges after counterfeit activity was reported at 6:39 p.m. Friday at 701 S. Broadway Ave. in Albert Lea.

Police cited Stoney Lee Brooks, 19, for possessing stolen property after a theft was reported at 12:27 p.m. Friday at 2610 Bridge Ave.

Police arrested Eugene Alan Sikora, 31, and Jeanette Louise Finley, 50, after a theft was reported at 2:28 p.m. Saturday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. Sikora was charged with theft, and Finley was charged with fifth-degree meth possession, possessing a legend drug and driving after revocation.

A Pomeranian cream sable-colored dog was reported stolen out of a vehicle at 4:35 p.m. Sunday at Love’s Truck Stop, 2751 E. Main St. The incident allegedly occurred Thursday.

Someone reported being scammed out of about $11,000 to $12,000 at 2:52 p.m. Friday at 287 Morin Road in Alden.

Property was reported broken into and items missing at 12:05 p.m. Sunday at 28631 750th Ave. outside Clarks Grove.

A house and machine shed were reported broken into at 2:23 p.m. Sunday at 82370 140th St. outside Glenville. Items, such as a checkbook, hand tools and a weed eater were reported missing.

A forged check was reported created on an account and used to withdraw money at 11:14 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

A theft of $137 was reported at 2:03 p.m. Friday at 609 E. Main St. A suspect was identified.

Checks on an account were reported fraudulently passed, and fraudulent use of a debit card was alleged at 5:14 p.m. Friday at 437 Bridge Ave.

3 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Casey Ryan Crawford, 30, on a local warrant and fifth-degree possession at 10:09 p.m. Friday at 1525 Margaretha Ave.

Police arrested Qualita Gracie McClendon, 21, on a local warrant during a traffic stop at 12:54 a.m. Sunday at 906 W. Front St. Police cited Andrew Nathaniel McClendon, 20, for having no Minnesota driver’s license at the scene.

Mark Thomas Fielding, 45, was reported arrested on a local warrant at 8:46 p.m. Friday in Owatonna.
