1 arrested for possessing dangerous weapon

Albert Lea police arrested Joseph Allen DeLeon, 28, for possessing a dangerous weapon in a courthouse at 1:51 p.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway. An apprehension and detention order was placed on DeLeon.

1 cited for theft

Police cited a juvenile for theft at 6:23 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The teen was cited after teenagers allegedly took approximately $50 in cosmetics.

1 arrested on warrant

Jessica Danielle Mooneyham, 23, turned herself in on a warrant at 11:23 p.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway.

Thefts reported

A jewelry box was missing at 3:06 p.m. Monday at 89067 305th St. outside Austin.

A theft was reported at 12:59 p.m. Monday at 1401 Sunset St.

A gas theft of $28.18 was alleged at 11:25 p.m. Monday at ExpressWay Alden, 105 North Star Road.

Child abuse/ neglect reported

Child abuse/neglect reports were made at 3:51 p.m. and 3:52 p.m.

Fight reported

A physical fight involving 10 people was reported at 4:55 p.m. Monday at 906 W. Front St. No weapons were seen, and no arrests were made at the time of the incident.

Vehicles broken into

Three cars were allegedly broken into at 7:02 p.m. Monday at 817 Marshall St.

Domestic incident reported

A domestic incident was alleged at 11:41 a.m. Monday at 809 S. Third Ave. The incident reportedly occurred about six weeks ago.
