Church services to be offered at state park

Nondenominational church services are again being offered at Myre-Big Island State Park this summer.

Services start at 8 a.m. and dress is casual. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Services are held in the outdoor chapel area near the pavilion on the big island. In case of rain, they will be held in the pavilion

Joel Erickson, a retired Albert Lea pastor, will lead this Sunday’s service.

There is no cost to attend, but you will need a valid vehicle sticker to enter the state park.

Services last approximately 30 minutes. In case of rain, services are held in the pavilion.
