The Albert Lea Lakers playoff schedule has officially been set. As the No. 1 seed, earned by dominating the Pioneer League throughout the regular season, the Lakers will have home field advantage all the way through the postseason.

Each matchup in the playoffs will be a best-of-three series, with each game beginning at 6:45 p.m.

The first series, against the Bancroft Bandits, is set to start Monday at Hayek Field. Game two will be played Tuesday in Bancroft. Should a game three be necessary, it will be played in Albert Lea on Wednesday.

If the Lakers can make it past the Bandits, they will move on to see the winner of the Storm Lake Whitecaps vs. Carroll Merchants series. The first game will be played at home on Thursday; the second game will be played away Friday and the third game, if necessary, will be played Saturday.
