1 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Reginald Henry Benjamin, 50, for second-degree test refusal, third-degree driving while intoxicated and an open container violation after a careless driving complaint was filed at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 13 and southbound Interstate 90 lanes.

 

Wallet, earphones stolen

A black and white wallet containing identification, debit card, Social Security cards and banking information was reported stolen at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday at 821 Water St. 

Red Skullcandy wireless earbuds valued at $59.99 were reported taken at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday at Love’s Travel Stop, 2751 E. Main St. The suspect was described as having long black hair.

 

Drug violations reported

Drug violations were reported at 1:14 a.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
