In response to Mr. Thorson’s recent letter that all Republicans have sold their souls to the devil and that we don’t remember what we were taught in Sunday school: I didn’t call him names but said the truth about abortion, which is my right to let the taxpayers know about abortions.

It’s a disgrace to disparage Republicans concerned about pro-life as young women who find themselves with an unintended pregnancy have the choice to give birth and release their child for adoption. Republicans and Democrats are all concerned about raising our families and their medical needs, as well as child care and education. This is why we don’t want government takeover, as we want to be responsible for our families. Added note: The Hyde Amendment prohibits federal tax dollars from funding abortions. Urge your representatives in Congress to uphold this amendment.

The time has come to teach our children the way we were taught. Now is the time to once again teach American exceptionalism and the American dream.

Together, with prayer, we the people of the United States will make it through by surviving the COVID-19.

Thanks to all in the medical profession and our servicemen who are keeping our country safe. Also, thanks to our police officers, firefighters, teachers and volunteers, and to the farmers for the food and truckers who deliver to stores.

Thanks to the Democrats and Republicans for all working together, showing the world that we can do this. Please support President Trump with prayer, faith and freedom.
