Nation of patriots’ flag coming

The Nation of Patriots is passing the American flag through 48 states in honor of America’s armed forces in the past and present.

On May 28, the Nation of Patriots started an effort to pass the flag through 48 states over the course of 100 days with the help of more than 100 Harley owners group chapters and thousands of patriotic Americans from coast to coast.

The flag will be delivered to Albert Lea on Monday, and then on Tuesday, riders will deliver the flag to Waukon, Iowa.

Anyone with a motorcycle is invited to join in the ride as the flag is escorted to Waukon. The group will leave the Bergdale Harley-Davison store at 9:30 a.m.

The flag will be delivered to Waukon at about 1 p.m.

People can view the Nation of Patriots website at www.nationofpatriots.org to view pictures of the ride as it has progressed across America.
