Blind disc throws are dangerous

This past Sunday I walked the trails at Bancroft Park. It appears the trails will be shared by walkers and disc golf players. At one point as I was walking around a stand of trees a disc sailed across my path, not being able to see it until it passed across the path. Later, watching the disc players, it was evident that the course required “blind” throws where the player could not see the disc where it crossed a path. As currently set up, I believe this course invites the city to lawsuits because of injuries. I am concerned about this course in its present location.
