Rosie (Carroll) Bily, 69, of Inverness, Ill., daughter of the late Peg (Maiden) and Martin “Toby” Carroll of Albert Lea, passed away Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Holy Family Hospital in Des Paines, Ill. Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home in Palatine, Ill. Funeral Mass was today at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas of Villanova Church in Palatine.
