Virgil Eldon Okland passed away Monday, March 7, 2016, in Aurora, Colorado. He was 84. 

He is survived by his daughters Diane Duclos, Nancy (Jamie) Macbeth and Marta Okland; grandchildren Kurt Helm, Amy (Brett) Darnell, Jason Allen and Matthew Shobe; siblings Donald (Pat) Okland, Robert (Juanita) Okland, Richard (Kim) Okland, Marilyn (Ralph) Olsen, Karen (Duane) Abrahams and Pat (Mike) Levisen; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be at noon Thursday at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation.

Loved by so many, he will be greatly missed.
