Wouldn’t it make sense for the Kings to swap Donte Greene, Carl Landry, a lottery protected pick in 2013 (and Beno Udrih’s 6 million dollar contract) for to the Mavs for Caron Butler and JJ Barea? Butler would give them a year of tough scoring and veteran leadership and alleviate some of the logjm at the 4.  Landry would give the Mavs even more front-court depth as well as some tough nosed D, and Greene would give them another guy under 35 with some potential that isn’t Roddy Beaubois. Just an unimportant NBA thought at the lowest point in the NBA year.
