Ritchie to talk about voter ID

As part of voter education and outreach, I would like to invite the public to the Freeborn County Government Center Board Room at 8:45 a.m. Oct. 2 to hear Secretary of State Mark Ritchie present information on the proposed constitutional amendment on elections. Although it is commonly referred to as photo ID, there is actually a lot more to it.
