Some candidates for state Legislature want to protect tax cuts for the wealthy and balance the state budget by cutting local school funding, aid to cities and counties, funding for nursing homes and hospitals and increase your property taxes.

Shannon Savick has a different plan. She supports a balanced approach to balancing the state budget by eliminating tax breaks for the wealthy, by cutting government waste and fraud while protecting public schools, nursing homes and hospitals.
