I would like to appeal to all the conservative voters who plan on participating in the precinct caucuses March 1 at Southwest Middle School.

As conservatives who see the country heading down a destructive path, we have one chance to get it right and nominate someone who not only will fight for what we believe and get the country back on the right path, but actually has a chance to defeat Hillary Clinton in a national election.

In my opinion, the only candidate running as a Republican who has the chance to win on a national scale is Sen. Marco Rubio. Both the front-runners Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, while wildly popular among their respective camps, poll very negatively in likability among the voters on a nationwide scale.

The bottom line is, if you want a third Barack Obama term by allowing Hillary Clinton to win, by all means vote for Trump or Cruz. If you actually want a candidate who has an excellent chance of winning and bringing this country together, vote for Rubio. He is a true and tested conservative leader who the Clinton campaign fears above anyone else in a head-to-head match up.

Please support Rubio for president at your precinct caucuses on March 1.
