Area students named to dean’s lists

Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, recently announced the names of those recognized on the dean’s list for the spring semester of the 2018-19 academic year.

Madelyn Carstens, Camryn Keyeski, Madison Lindely and Lexie Simon, all of Albert Lea, were among those honored on the list.

The dean’s list recognizes full-time students who have a minimum of 12 credit hours with grade-point averages at 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale.

Dakota Callahan, a sophomore at the University of Sioux Falls, was named to the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester. Callahan is majoring in biology.

To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
