Gemma Marie Kaufman was born Jan. 22, 2010, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and entered eternal life on Sunday, March 17, 2013. She is survived by her parents, Kurt and Rita (nee Schleck) Kaufman and brother Vincent. Additional survivors include grandparents Joe and Linda Kaufman of Evansville, Ind., and Tom and Annie Schleck. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at St. Gertrude Parish (Maderia), 7630 Shawnee Run Rd., Cincinnati, 45243. Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday in the church where family and friends may gather from 9 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Rita’s School for the Deaf where Gemma attended school.
