I’d like to know why out of the 31 people who entered the Name the Dredge Contest, only 10 were selected for the public to vote on. What about the other 21 who also paid $10 to enter the contest?

They paid their money and should have the same chance as the 10 on the ballot. It’s the public who is voting, not an independent panel.

I know if I had paid money to enter this contest only to find out they weren’t going to include my entry, I would ask for my money back. I encourage all 21 of you out there whose ideas won’t be part of the contest to do just that.
