Ila Schmidt, 95, of Alden died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Alden. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the services at the church.

 

Rachel Larson

Rachel Ann Larson, 89, of Lake Mills died Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, from complications following a stroke, at Muse Norris Hospice Unit in Mason City. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Winnebago Lutheran Church in rural Lake Mills. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Mittelstadt Funeral Home and again one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will take place at Winnebago Lutheran Cemetery in rural Lake Mills.
